Basically I am a fan of concept that people come to this world hungry and tired so they need to have good meals and a lot of rest
But now my wife started to fight my eating habits. I like those salads with mayonnaise, potatoes, eggs, ham. (rundvleessalade) My wife has a black list of unhealthy products and mayonnaise is on the top.
Also she limits amounts. I started to eat less.
My normal weight according to my height 196cm should be around 105kg. And it was before I started to take hormones.
Later - nothing much happened until I moved to Germany from UK and alcohol prices were so cheap comparing to UK. Then we started to drink regularly.
Sometimes a bottle of wine during a day or two, cocktails, beer, sangria. Then my weight increased up to 118 kg at one moment.
Now my wife found some liver problems and she is not making me company often. My weight dropped to around 113kg.
It seems that alcohol has very negative impact on the weight control. Next is life style. I used to work as field engineer and I needed to visit many sites, to go up down on ladders to take control measurements. Now I am sitting at my computer 90 percent of time...
Then probably hormones with a lot of eating and some drinking gained my weight around 8 percent during 15 years of HRT.
